It doesn't work. The docs mention a downloadable zip file, but only an exe is available (not much use on my CentOS server). However, having "installed" from the exe, it put stuff under the Programs directory - certainly not where I'd develop web content. Having moved the directory structure to a directory on my server, nothing worked so I gave up. I hope you get it all fixed and docs updated soon, the project sounds interesting and with potential.
