Gnomad 2 is a GUI built on top of GTK/GNOME 2, libid3tag, libnjb and libmtp that makes it possible to transfer tracks and files from/to a Creative Nomad Jukebox (all brands) and MTP devices. It is designed much like an ordinary graphical FTP program.

  • Works properly with my Samsung yp-p2. Tag editing on device is very useful. But it would be better if files could be sorted by multiple properties. For example if Artist name are same then sort by album, if album also same then sort by track # etc..
  • Great lightweight software. Works perfectly with SanDisk Sansa Clip+ and libmtp-1.1.0 and GTK+ 2.18 (without any Gnome library) under Slackware. Thank you for this useful software that avoids need of Amarok or other huge software
