Example usage, clusterRandomizer.exe -i TestData.bio.csv.gml -n 10 -m 9 -r 1001
Options:
-i <FileName> (gml format (igraph), not yEd gml).
-n no_of_nodes.
-e no_of_edges.
-r no_of_randomizations (dafault 1000).
-c category to consider, parsed by a dot(.) (dafault 0, i.e., the node label itself).
-d consider duel category.
-s Show unique categories.
-t category to concat (default none), for concatenating all put -1.
-f reads automatically edge and node information from "<filename>.count.txt" file.
-h help, show this message.
