4.3.8 (October 2025) - Upgrade to Qt6 - Windows: Fix issues with using poppler to create bitmaps in qgle and png files on command line. - fix for missing inittex.ini in binary distributions. File is now created during cmake build phase instead of install phase. - glebtool, fbuild, and makefmt are no longer included in binary distributions and installers. - add cmake options INSTALL_FBUILD and INSTALL_MAKEFMT, which are OFF by default for installing fbuild and makemft, which are only needed for building gle. - deprecate glebtool. Added cmake option BUILD_GLEBTOOL which is OFF by default for building glebtool, which is not needed to build manual anymore.
