    Mano, a solução é genial!! Adorei a idéia, mas existe a possibilidade de tornar a pesquisa obrigatória em um determinado período de tempo, por exemplo ? Tipo, a partir da data de criação do usuário a cada 3 meses ele não conseguirá mais abrir chamado até responder a pesquisa.
