Actualmente crecen las tiendas de aplicaciones móviles y siguen cada vez más acaparando el interés del usuario. Al margen de las conocidas tiendas oficiales de cada plataforma, Apple Store, Google Play Market, Windows Phone Market, Firefox Marketplace, Blackberry App World... hay una gran cantidad de tiendas de aplicaciones disponibles, en especial más numerosas para la plataforma Android. Debido a la gran cantidad de tiendas disponibles se desea innovar con el desarrollo de una tienda centralizada para las distintas aplicaciones y contenidos ofrecidos para los distintos sistemas operativos que se encuentran actualmente en el mercado.
