Updates gicAgents from gic monthly download.

Description

GA Licensed agents are downloaded monthly as .csv. gicUpdate creates a temp sqlite db from the .csv and merges it with the gicAgents sqlite db. Records with duplicate "License Number" are overwritten if changed

Installing

• pip install gicUpdate

• gicUpdate -i <filename of downloaded .csv>
