Added moving clouds, and snow on ctf_snowfort (defined as ctf_truefort)
Added rain on ctf_classicwell (rather big though, but it's only a proof of concept)
Added ctf_eggcorridor, non-resized resulting in greater visual quality than other maps. (this 'option' should be in vanilla..)
