This is the developer repository for GeneLink. GeneLink currently only works for Windows operating systems. If you have Matlab installed, you may run GeneLink from the "Matlab" folder through the Matlab program on any platform. The "GeneLink Installer" folder contains then necessary files to install genelink. The "Example" folder contains data and setting files for demonstrating GeneLink. See "Documents/GeneLink_User_Manual" for additional info.
