Parser for web forms submitted using "application/x-www-form-urlencoded" or "multipart/form-data" encodings (including file uploads). Allow implementation of fully asynchronous handlers of incoming HTTP requests. Minimize memory usage with disk streaming of large HTTP request or response bodies.
