Test how the Application.Version can be used, stored, compared, etc 
on local install of a gambas application.

When the application starts up, it will look (display) the version it runs, 
compared to the version run before by announcing "upgrade, same, downgrade".

About gives information about previous runs:

- what version number it was run the last time.
- what version number was used at previous run
- what lower version number came before.
- what was highest version number run on this install
- what was lowest versino number run on this install
