Software Authorship: 
This code was developed by Worley under supervision of V VanderHorst and compiled by A Kirby (4/2023).

Role in Research: 
This code was employed to perform research studies looking at the role of neural activity at specific phases of the gait cycle. These projects are in process. 


Software Description:
Script to control step-triggered optogenetic pulse delivery. Also activates physical stopwatch that displays time since initiation of data collection for purpose of synchronizing with video.
