The goal of this project is to provide method to process pictures onto an SD card that can be used in a Yaesu FTM-400 radio.

The FTM-400 was designed to use a mic that has a build-in camera. This camera allows for pictures to be stored on the SD card. Once the picture is on the SD card, it can then be transferred over the air to either another radio(s) or a WIRES-X node.

Python 3 is required. It has also been tested on Windows 7, Windows 10, Mac OS X, and Ubuntu.

The pictures need to be 320x240 or 160x120 and less than 16Kb.
