Adds option to skip silence at the start and end of tracks.
There are three sensitivity settings;
1) High - Only skip digital silence. 2) Medium - Skip less than -60dB. 3) Low - Skip less than than -40dB.
Many fixes related to tabbed playlists added in previous release. Also;
1) Fix playlist settings cannot be reset with SqlServer back end. 2) Fix crash when deleting unpersisted data in various settings tabs. 3) Fix drag drop reordering in various settings tab can be unreliable. 4) Adds toggle shuffle button to playback controls. 5) New button icons. 6) Fix placeholder image does not update when changing theme. 7) Fix window is not focused when switching views.
