Image loader performance is improved, duplicate images are no longer loaded from disk. Images refresh when UI scaling or tile size settings are modified. Meta data scanner thread count can be configured. Ensures UI dimentions are multiples of 4 for images, reduces the blurry-ness. Adds option to copy images to local folder, if library is on the network this improves load time. Fixes some OutOfMemoryException when scanning files containing huge embedded images.
Other stuff; Adds "dithering" option to WASAPI output. Fix spectrum stops updating after changing output mode. Adds playlist shuffle option (right click on playback controls) Fixes up keyboard navigation of library.
