If you're trying to work through the ICTFAX installation
guide, and your organization has blocked git access at
the company firewall, wget can be used to download
the FreeSWITCH source code tarball.

wget http://files.freeswitch.org/freeswitch-1.2.10.tar.bz2

Unfortunately, bootstrap.sh wasn't in the tarball.
