Boot Strap your fax over IP (ICTFAX) evaluation.

This is a VirtualBox VM with CentOS 6.4 (Basic Server), yudit, FreeSWITCH, plivo, Drupal, and ICTFAX compiled/installed, but _not_ pre-configured.
