Install instructions for FocAn-3D

Download (https://sourceforge.net/projects/focan-3d/files/FocAn-3D/) FocAn-3D v1-8-1.ijm and place it into your .../ImageJ/plugins/ or .../Fiji.app/plugins/ folder
Download any missing plugins (https://sourceforge.net/projects/focan-3d/files/FocAn-3D/Plugins/) and place them into your .../ImageJ/plugins/ or .../Fiji.app/plugins/ folder

Start ImageJ/Fiji
Press Plugins->Macros->install...
Choose the FocAn-3D v1-8-1.ijm file and accept
Run the Macro using Plugins->Macros->FocAn-3D v1-8-1
