FMCWIV 3 - new best option to view photos, images and gifs on any Windows

This is a simple image viewer that lets you view and zoom gif files quickly without losing image quality, can also open images and photographs of various types without altering their quality in no way.

What do I need to use this program?
You only need Net Framework 4.5 or higher of Microsoft.

Current Version: 3.18.3 - 15/Mar/16 - minor bugs solved.

    Cool software I was looking for a simple viewer that could read directories/files in Russian, Korean, etc. FMC does. The only thing missing for me is the drag & drop and menu shell integration. Thanks
