flickrit is a shell script that will upload to flickr.com a single image file, a batch of image files, all the image files in a current directory, or upload all image files recursively down all sub-directories in a tree.

flickrit uploads the filename in its original form. The directory name and all words in a filename are converted to "tags". Optionally, additional tags can be added manually to all the image files being uploaded.

The upload script can be executed multiple times simultaneously to parallel the process.

Features

  • Batch uploading
  • Recursive uploading through sub-directories
  • Auto-Tagging from filenames and directory
  • Mass uploading
  • Execute multiple uploads simultaneously
