FLEP (short for FLExible Patcher) is a multi-purpose binary patching engine with fully configurable behaviour. It allows you to patch existing binaries with static (pre-defined) hex data and/or dynamic parameters.

Simultaneous patching of numerous binaries
10 different parameter types, including float, RGB (with picker) and bitmasks
Unlimited amount of entries, static patches and parameters for each entry
Allows to specify several offsets for same parameter
