Flash Card Tutor Files

This Android application is intended to work like "flash cards" that have an quiz question on one side and the answer on the flip side.  It has 2 displays boxes:  An upper box in which a "quiz" line is displayed, and a lower box in which an Answer is displayed.  In its simplest form, the user touches the upper box to see the next randomly chosen Quiz line.  If he doesn't know the answer, he can touch the lower box to see the Answer.

The Quiz and Answer lines are derived from a file.  The file is organized with Quiz lines on an even numbered line, and the Answer lines on odd-numbered lines, as shown in this example for Thai language training:

Unfortunately, this app does NOT allow the user to directly load the contents of an external file.  Instead, only internal files can be accessed.  The procedure for creating one of these internal files would be as follows:

1) Create a file of Quiz/Answer pairs on a PC text editor and then download that file to your Android device.

2) Open the file with some text editor on your Android device, select all, and copy the text.

3) Paste the text from the file into a text box provided in this App.

4) Provide a useful file name and press the "Save" button to save the contents into an internal file accessible to this app.

This app has an "Auto" mode where the Quiz lines will be randomly displayed in a hands-free mode with a configurable delay between lines.  It also has a "Repeat" feature where if the user touches the "Answer" box to see the Answer associated with the Quiz line, the associated Quiz line will be placed in a queue and repeated to the user a configurable number of quiz lines later.
