	* Updated postgresql "mirrors" just to use the main download site, as they no
	  longer appear to have a mirror list.
	* get-mirrors.pl: 
		* Sourceforge list of mirrors got moved, so fix that.
		* Make the HTTP-based GNOME and GNU master sites the primary here
		  (I'd been just undoing those changes to the mirror lists).
		* Update FreeBSD primary site.  Most mirrors no longer have an independent
		  distfiles cache and say to use this new primary.  Some mirrors still have
		  their own distfiles cache, so we'll still offer them as options while this
		  lasts.
	* Refreshed apache, cpan, ctan, freebsd, gimp, gnome, gnu, kde, and sourceforge
	  mirrors via 'get-mirrors.pl'
