This matlab application calculates the stained areas in a Masson Trichrome stained slide as well as the adipose tissue area.

The application supports tiff images and Aperio svs slides.

In order to use it:

The "common" folder needs to be added in the Matlab path and the "bin" folder needs to be added in the system path. The executables in the bin folder are compiled for Win7 x64 and contain all dlls needed by the system read svs files.

To add the bin folder to the system path: Control panel -> System -> Advanced System settings -> Advanced -> Enviroment Variables -> System Variables -> Path -> "Change" and add the path to bin folder at the end of the path line.
