Project is a python script compiled into an elf executable binary. Its a standalone
project and does not rely on reflector

Features

uses a tkinter gui on top of python
self contained does not need reflector
easy for those that shy from command line
presents 3 choices :
1) populate /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist with all mirrors nothing enabled
2) populate /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist with all mirrors enabled
3) select county or nearest county using response time mirrors sorted quickest at top
this is only for Vanilla Arch :^)
