The first tool is an (not necessarily) URL list generator. It is called LstGenerator.

The second tool is a converter which automatically generates download destination path names for all the URLs in an URL list. The output is a list of URLs and their corresponding download destination path names.

The third tool is a downloader which is capable to process the output list of the second tool and accomplish downloads without user interaction.
