Federation Engineering Agreements Tool (FEAT) Users Guide Copyright 2011, Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory All Rights Reserved Version: 3.0 ----------------------------------- SUMMARY: ---------------- The FEAT application is a desktop application for the creation and modification of simulation federation agreements documents conforming to the Federation Engineering Agreements Template XML schema, currently under development under the auspices of the Simulation Interoperability Standards Organization (SISO). This version of the tool supports all agreements in the ballotted SISO standard. For further information on the current Federation Engineering Agreements Template, please see: http://www.sisostds.org/FEATProgrammersReference/ INSTALLATION: ---------------------- Move the "FEAT v3.0.jar" file to you preferred installation directory. Installation is now complete. REQUIREMENTS: ------------------------- The FEAT application is a Java application and requires the Java VM (SE 8 or greater) to be installed in order to run. If you discover that Java is not installed on your computer, please download either the JRE or JDK compatible with your computer and operating system here: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html EXECUTION: ------------------ Once you have Java installed, you should be able to run the FEAT application by double-clicking the "FederationEngineeringAgreementsTool.jar" file from your file browser.
