=== Program info === Name: FDNMR (Finite Difference Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) Contributors: Algorithms for importing images and calculating the NMR experiments written and tested by Matias Nordin and Denys Grombacher. Graphical user interface written by Matias Nordin. Version: 1.0 License: MIT License Summary: Finite Difference Nuclear Magnetic Resonance is a tool for calculating Nuclear Magnetic Resonance experiments in restricted domains. == Description == The tool is used by opening an (arbitary) image and specifying physical parameters. Each unique color in the image defines a domain and the interface between different colors denote the boundaries. A surface relaxivity (rho) can be specified giving a boundary condition of Robin type. In its current form the program can calculate the so-called Pulsed Gradient Spin Echo experiment. The user may also investigate the magnetization throughout the experiment. A few test geometries (images) may be found in the installation folder. == Installation == Mac users: The installation should be straight forward by downloading the package, unzipping and running the installation script by right-clicking the file FDNMR_v1.0_installer and selecting open. Windows users: A windows compiled version is soon to be uploaded…
