修复 FDS「Load BIOS」菜单因槽名拼写错误而完全失效的重构回归、四处脚本编辑残留、四个可绑定但无响应的死热键，以及切换语言后菜单热键提示丢失、改热键导致菜单回退启动语言等 i18n 缺陷；补齐了七档仿真速度热键 、Recent ROMs 清空项等上游功能，正式移除了本已不可用的 NetPlay；同时新增菜单接线静态测试防止同类回归，并完善了 12 种语言的界面翻译。全部 30 项测试通过。 This hotfix is a systematic regression audit of the main UI and all menu-reachable functionality. It fixes a refactor regression that completely broke the FDS "Load BIOS" menu item (misspelled slot name), four leftover script-editing artifacts, four bindable but dead hotkeys, and several i18n defects — menu shortcut hints vanishing after a language switch, and editing hotkeys reverting menus to the startup language. It also restores upstream features such as the seven emulation-speed hotkey presets and a "Clear Recent ROM List" entry, formally retires the already-broken NetPlay, adds a static menu-wiring test to prevent similar regressions, and completes UI translations across all 12 languages. All 30 tests pass.
