FATCALC plugin requirements are the following (add them to plugin folder of your ImageJ installation):

     - 3D ROI manager, you can download from the link: 
	http://imagejdocu.tudor.lu/doku.php?id=plugin:stacks:3d_ij_suite:start
	Please be sure that 3D ROI manager works before start FATCALC.

     - SFCM clastering, you can download from the link:

     - SRM algorithm, you can download from the link:
	https://github.com/fiji/Statistical_Region_Merging
