Country designer for Paradox Interactive's game Europa Universalis IV. Allows reselection of localization, government, religion, technology group, mercantilism, and most importantly, national ideas.

Features

  • NOT Ironman compatible.
  • Python source should run on all platforms. (Requires Python 3, pyqt5, pyyaml.)
  • Binary for 64-bit Windows via cx_Freeze.
  • Select any nation to modify.
  • Change tech group, religion, and government.
  • Choose national ideas and their bonuses.
  • Load existing national ideas.
  • Get a rating of the rough fairness of the choices made.
