The ETS Starlight project is a breath of fresh air for all fans of the good old ENFOS classics. I am incredibly glad that the author decided to completely rebuild the map from scratch to fix the tons of bugs, crashes, and incompatibilities caused by Blizzard's updates.The map feels fast-paced, dynamic, and modern. The core concept of defending the magic circle against endless waves of monsters from the portals still works perfectly. Furthermore, the new mechanics and bug fixes make the gameplay feel much fairer and smoother. Huge props for adding new unique heroes, bringing back the airship courier, and fine-tuning item balance (like fixing the Gryphon's attack range or the instant Dragon lightning). The redesigned custom UI also benefits the project greatly.Since this is still a beta test, a few minor rough edges pop up occasionally, but the project is definitely moving in the right direction.
