Cant keep track of where you are in your workout? Forgot which repetition you were on? Cant go in to a personal trainer, physical therapist, or chiropractor for each session? This site is here to help you get your exercises done when you cant go in to a personal trainer. From physical therapy, to aerobics this program will help you in a multitude of situations. It does this by both displaying and announcing where you are in the workout. It tells you how long to hold a certain exercise for. It also shows you a picture if you cant figure out the technical term for the exercise. Essentially all you need to do is send jbindahse@gmail.com your workout information and he will create an executable for you. Workout information includes: 1) sets 2) repetitions for each set 3) hold time for each repetition 4) rest time between reps 5) and rest time between sets 6) a picture of the exercise if you cant remember the exercise name Then you download the executable from this page when it is ready. Next just run the program on your computer. Its that simple!
