Common changes and fixes: - Removed MailJet API functionality for sending Exception reports and Feature request - Added option for opening created e-mail message on system’s default e-mail client (for resend)

The reason is sad, but nothing special in this age of thieves. Administrator of the page https://www.facebook.com/tratoideal stole MailJet API keys from this free code and used it for sending e-mails for his own business.
