The ECR_ECN is a light weight Engineering Change Request/Notice documentation application. It is intended for those who wish to move from the standard paper ECR/ECN process to an automated documentation process.

Auto reviewer notification of new ECR's. Auto notification of new ECN's.
Auto email notification of new published ECR's/ECN's. Administrator final approval for publishing approved ECR's.
Automatic document numbering. Administrator ability to delete ECR's/ECN's. (marked as deleted in the db.)
User ability to edit ECR's and ECN's they create. Document printing in .doc and .pdf formats.
