EasyStream is a Java library that ease the task to use streams.
EasyStream is a natural extension of Apache commons-io ( http://commons.apache.org/io/ ), providing advanced solutions to some common but not trivial problem. This library key points are performances, low memory footprint, reduced set of dependencies and simplicity of usage.
Features
- 'Convert' an OutputStream into an InputStream and Writer into a Reader.
- Gather some statistics on your streams: bit rate, total number of bytes read/written.
- Streams connection and wiring: while reading the data from an InputStream you can "tee" it to another OutputStream.
- Streams connection and wiring: write data to multiple OutputStreams in parallel.
