Beta release for general testing and downstream integration.

JSON input now fully functional in all circuits tested. Limitations and what to expect will be documented after the full release.

Results cross-validated with OpenDSS v11. A potential issue with DynamicExp will be investigated for the final release. All downstream tests pass locally and will be checked for other platforms on GitHub Actions.
