Dieses Tool erlaubt ein umfangreiches Bearbeiten der internen Grafik-, Sound- und Skriptressourcen (letztere beiden erst zukünftig) von Age of Empires II - The Conquerors Expansion mithilfe einer grafischen Benutzerschnittstelle.
Dieses Programm wird aktiv bei der Erstellung des inoffiziellen "X2"-AddOns vom deutschen Agearena-Forum genutzt und in dessen Rahmen auch weiterentwickelt.
