DNPipe, a pipeline to improve quality of de novo assemblies w.r.t. precision and N50 value using novel EM and sampling-based approaches. Original assemblies should be based on De Bruijn graphs created by Oases. Auxiliary scripts that report statistics about all kinds of sequence assemblies are also available with the pipeline.

The project is partially funded by NIH/NIAID Grant no. 1R01AI108888-01A1. Manuscript to appear in BMC Genomics or IJCBDD, accepted at the International Conference on Intelligent Biology and Medicine (ICIBM'2015).

For details on how to run DNPipe, please refer to DNPipe_Manual.pdf (in Files/).
