It is in russian - is there any way to change the language? Softpedia has an ENG version

It claims to be in English and Russian. I see absolutely no way to use English. Consequently, this is worthless to me. No sense in adding numerical ratings to this review except for Ease and Design which are both 1/5. Now, if the designer had seen fit to add an English/Russian option box, it may have been useful, but he didn't.
