I use this to draw circuit diagrams. I've tried Dia, Eagle, Fritzing, LibreCAD and many others. This was easy to use, produced clean diagrams, and was able to export in the format I needed for the web (.png - but many other formats are available) My only - slight - criticism is that I can only export the whole page, so for my small diagrams I had to crop the output (dead easy in paint) The available templates are a bit limited but you CAN create your own if you wish.
