Folder structure:

/beta
if this folder exists, it contains zip files of available beta versions

/current
contains a zip file of the current stable build, as well as the current .jar by itself

/mac java preferences
contains a .pkg for macs that are missing the Java Preferences app (I'm looking at you, Mac OS X 10.8)
that app is necessary to make sure that the JDK you installed is the Java designated to be used by default
psst...you did install a JDK on your mac, right?

/primer
contains an openoffice presentation that serves as a primer for using detool

/src
contains a zip file of the current build source
