DepthView r34 release notes:

added feature: 
  mono (single image) display mode.

minor functionality changes:
  made the starting directory user's home path.
  added a "Restore Defaults" button to settings dialog.

minor appearance changes:
  new program icon.
  changed the settings dialog's title from "Dialog" to "DepthView Settings".
  updated about dialog to have the program icon, version, and made the website url a link.
  added icons from www.famfamfam.com/lab/icons/silk/ to menu items.

other changes:
  now built against Qt 4.8.1 (before it was Qt 4.7.4)
