This application has some counters that advance at different speed. To see the counters, the user should press some predefined key.

In "simple.py", when the key is pressed, the counter is shown.

In "two_layers.py" the counter is always sent to the widget (at every step) and shown when the key is pressed. The difference with "simple" is that here one can see the counter increase.


A config file is used to describe the position of the widgets, the speed of the relative counters and the "shutter" timeouts.
