Windows clipboard keeps not only the text, but also the formatting. You don't always want that.
When pasting something into a document, a rich-text email, etc., you often want to paste plain text, to avoid any weird fonts, invisible tables, etc.
Modern versions of MS Office have a way to paste plain text, but not all Windows programs do. This little tool lets you convert whatever you have in the clipboard into plain text before pasting.
How to use:
Run the program (it'll stay in the background), then:
1) Copy something into the clipboard.
2) Press the hotkey (default F12).
3) Paste (it should now be plain text).
