default book_ISO_3_1_0 + the DECO minix pack: you no need more software to run the DECO

there is /bin dir, type "make install" to install precompiled for book_ISO_3_1_0 DECO binary and data files

DECO has enough power to walk MINIX directory tree in place of "emergency browser" so DECO binary image can be also linked into /bin directory
