First public Windows builds. Source stays in git; these are standalone apps and do not require Python.
- SpriteExtractor.exe - extract Deadlock sprites and animations as GIFs
- ResearchEditor.exe - edit technology research in
.SAVfiles - CityVictory.exe - patch the cities-to-win victory option in
deadlock.exe. Override the default 10-city setting with a custom value (for example 40) so longer games do not end when a player hits 10 cities.
The Territory Boundary Editor is Python-only in this release. It is experimental and has known game-breaking bugs. Do not use it on a save you cannot replace.
Tested on Windows 10 with Deadlock v1.31.
