Cygwin Unattended Installer 1.2

This is a Windows batch file. It requires an aktive Internet connection and then
performs an unattended installation of Cygwin (https://www.cygwin.com) by
installing the console version of Cygwin, some smaller packages and apt-cyg
(https://github.com/transcode-open/apt-cyg). Which packages are installed
and what actions are performed after that can be changed in the batch file.

Depending of found architecture the batch fiel installs the 32-bit or 64-bit
version of Cygwin. It also recognizes if it is run with administrative
privileges and install Cygwin with the same system privileges.
The bach file will download the setup file of Cygwin and apt-cyg from the Internet.

Because this is a pure batch file, you may change everything to meet your
needs.
