CyberMail-Server is a lightweight Alpine Linux virtual machine for practicing email-server administration and cybersecurity lab tasks in an isolated network.
It includes a realistic mail stack with Postfix, Dovecot, Roundcube, PostfixAdmin, phpMyAdmin, MariaDB, Lighttpd, and BIND 9. You can practice creating mailboxes, using webmail, testing SMTP and IMAP, working with aliases, checking DNS A and MX records, and understanding basic mail routing.
The VM image is less than 350 MB and has been tested in VMware Workstation 26H1. It is intended for local lab use only and should not be exposed as a real public mail server.
