This is a small but useful software basically for finance field workers located in Azerbaijan. It uses official rates for all foreign currencies from www.cbar.az (Central Bank of Azerbaijan Republic). In addition, it has a feature which allows you to export rates for a certain date range to an Excel file formatted properly.
